Offline vector maps, elevation contours, trail routes, and POI locations are derived from OpenStreetMap, OpenSeaMap, NASA SRTM, and community datasets. Natural events including rockslides, washouts, flash floods, snow pack, mudslides, and erosion dynamically alter trail topologies without notice. TerraMatrix Pro does not warrant that map vectors reflect active real-time conditions. Always verify route conditions with local land agencies (USFS, BLM, State Parks, Forest Dept) prior to departure.

Disaster feeds aggregated from UN GDACS, USGS, NOAA NWS, MeteoAlarm, and BOM are provided for supplemental awareness only. Edge feed delivery depends on satellite or cellular connectivity when online and may experience latency up to several minutes or hours depending on upstream agency updates. NEVER rely solely on TerraMatrix Pro for life-critical weather warnings, flood evacuation decisions, or wildfire evasion.

Clearance angles, breakover calculations, and obstacle gate simulations provided by the 'My Garage' physics engine are mathematical approximations based on static geometry and user-provided inputs. Dynamic variables—such as suspension compression, spring rebound, tire sidewall deformation, cargo payload distribution, passenger count, and tire air pressure—alter real-world clearances significantly. TerraMatrix Pro accepts zero liability for undercarriage damage, differential strikes, body damage, or vehicle rollovers.

Operators are strictly required to obey all motorized vehicle boundaries, stay on designated trails (Tread Lightly! principles), respect closed seasonal gates, and avoid trespassing on indigenous lands, protected wildlife corridors, nature reserves, and private property. Do not forge illegal tracks or bypass official barriers.

TerraMatrix Pro is NOT an emergency dispatch or satellite SOS device. It does not initiate emergency service dispatch or search-and-rescue beacons without secondary hardware (such as Garmin inReach, Apple Emergency SOS, or Satellite PLBs). In extreme wilderness conditions, always carry dedicated satellite messaging hardware and comprehensive medical trauma supplies.
